Maybe you did not properly plan for the holidays this year. Remember to start early. A study in 2013 showed that over half of Americans begin ther Christmas shopping right after Halloween! Get your website, social media, email blasts and sales/deals ready for that time of year.

Ask them what they thought was successful and what they wish they could improve. This is extremely valuable to get other opinions and advice!

Review your budget compared to your cash flow

This is self explanatory, but check out how well you kept to your budget – that is a good indicator on how to plan for the new year going forward.

Review monthly and quarterly activity

Take a look at the specifics. Know when, where, and how you sold each product you did. This will help you make strategic marketing efforts.
